The information I have collected here is always talking about respect. If your a newbie at taekwondo, you should be able to give respect to others, and know where you can put your strength either in you form or in sparring which is fighting. If you look up taekwondo on google, you usually get great information, which probably talk about history, self defense, belts, and links to sights but the editors never included bowing. bowing is another sign of respect, and is a very common thing in martial arts.
Because bowing shows respect, my dojo (the studio) would bow before you go in the dojo, to show that you respect the building and that your thankful. Another thing that I do in my dojo is when a black belt enters the room you must bow. The one person you shall never forget is your Sensei. Your Sensei is your master and is owned by him or her, and you shouldn't fool around in the room when your sensei is there too.
If you do taekwondo the main thing you need to know is respect it doesn't matter if you unbalanced or not flexible, all you have to know is RESPECT.

You did a great job with your blog!!
You taught me a lot about tae kwon do. Especially the respect part. I never new that you had to bow to your master or black belt people. I think that you did a fabulous job on your blog. I thought that it was cool how you did the timeline. All in all, your blog is great!
